Researchers and counselors affirm it, and the Bible has been saying it for ages. Cracking the communication code between husband and wife involves understanding one thing: that unconditional respect is as powerful for him as unconditional love is for her.

Respect is huge to a husband. Men have said after the conference "You connected all the dots” and "as I sat there listening, I kept saying to my wife, 'That's how I feel. That's how I feel.”

Author and Speaker Dr. Emerson Eggerich’s and his wife Sarah are convinced that a truth hidden in plain sight for 2000 years can make a difference in every marriage. This truth is found in Ephesians 5:33. Husbands must love their wives and wives must respect their husbands.
